When purchasing an item from X SECRETS, you agree to the conditions of a high craftsmanship workshop:

• Custom Pieces (Bespoke): According to current regulations, items made to order or customized (specific sizes, engravings, or exotic leathers of your choice) cannot be returned,  as they have been created exclusively for you.
• Lifetime Hardware Warranty: We have such confidence in our hardware that we guarantee its integrity under responsible use.
• Natural Variations: Crocodile, ostrich, and cowhide are organic materials. Small variations in scale patterns or grain are proof of their natural origin and unique authenticity.
